IMM1294e DLI format error

Hello
I am getting an error on the DLI ( Designated Learning Institution ) field , that my format is wrong.
I have clarified with the school that the number is correct, but i have failed to know where am i going wrong.

This is the exactly error message below

The format you entered in the following field was incorrect:
Designated Learning Institution #(0#)
The correct format is: 0 followed by up to 20 digits

And the number i have entered is 019376045902

Can someone help on this.

Hey it is letter O not number. Start with capital letter O
