IMM1283E Financial Evaluation For spouse inland application

Hi guys, posting this on behalf of my friend. My friend she is Canadian Citizen working in Canada and she got married in India. Now her husband is staying with her in Canada after marriage since last one month on Tourist Visa and they are filing inland PR application soon.

Question is that is it needed to fill
IMM1283E Financial Evaluation
Form if she is just sponsoring her husband ?

"Only complete this form if the person you're sponsoring (your spouse) has one or more dependent child(ren), who has one or more dependent child(ren) of their own."
Since they're newlywed, am assuming they won't have a child, so they don't have to fill this form.
