Guys, I am about to go crazy on this. I am filling IMM008-14e form on pr application.

First question is like this:

Your full name-Family Name

What should I write here my full name or surname?

Also in another question,

Are you a legal or perminent resident of any country?

Should I enter my home country here but I asylum to Canada.

But I am a citizen of my home country. Isn't the permanent or legal residency one step below than that?

Also, why do both it say full name and family name? I couldn't understand that also did you fill out this form and submit it like you said above?
Thanks

Everyone is a citizen of their home country.
I submitted it like this.
Okay,thanks.

I have anither question , would be happy if you answer.

For submiting documents in pr form did you submit your diploma? Also did you upload your photo of your passport and/or id’s and which documents did you submit rather than identify documents?

I submitted my proof of education (home country), and employment (Canadian).
For identity: National ID card, Birth certificate copy of my home country with translation. and a copy of my passport too.

Are you sure that it’s correct?
If yes, how I can change submitted application?
Yes, I submitted my application with these answers.
I had consulted with a consultant.
Moreover, the next question (7c) is "Can you return to that country?" Y/N.
The simple logic is if you had any other country to live in safely, you wouldn't have asked for protection in Canada.

Yep, but question are you legal in any country.
In case when you asking protection of Canada - you are not legal at that country
