IN IMM0008ENU_2D form question 6. Have you received your Certificate de selection du Quebec (CSQ). My option is no. But what I have to write in date (if no when did you apply?)
When You select Other Province, then Quebec options will be disabled automatically.... So we cannot select yes or no.... and cannot enter date also... leave all blank...
