IMM0008, so confusing! NEEDS HELP PLEASE!

hi everyone just need help..I'm applying for PR, was confused with the IMM0008 with regards to dependants..I'm single, can i consider my parents or sisters as dependants? hope anyone can help me...thanks

Dependants includes only spouse and kids

Parents, sis, bro will be included in "Additional Information" Form
