Hi,

for now there's nothing you can do. Wait for the AOR and then submit an updated form with an explanation
letter. Follow the instructions I've outlined in this post to contact CIC:

Hi every one
I applied on July 2010 to sponsor my parents.
Last week I received a letter asking to fill some forms within the next 90 days.
one of them is the IM0008, there are some things I just don't understand I would really appreciate if some one could help me.

1. does this letter mean that I was already approved for sponsorship and I continue with the process?
2. I understand you need an approval letter from CIC before asking for the CSQ, then if this is not an approval letter how come are they asking in the question No 7 if I have a CSQ or not? if I say no then they asked when I applied for it. it seems to me that I had to apply already for it??
3. in which step of the process I really am?? in the letter they said they are ready to start the treatment of my demand. So it looks like I haven't been approved yet. It is not very clear... really...

^ You should ask this question in the Family Class area:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/family-class-sponsorship-b5.0/

They will have much more experience in these matters, especially if it relates to Quebec.
