imm0008 question #4 about refusal

Hello, Our CSQs were initially refused (not just intention to refuse). We were given a chance to file an Admin appeal which we did and the decision was reversed after MIFI's review.
We got our CSQs, but I'm wondering what should I answer to this question in form imm0008 , I just encounter this when filling out forms for PR application.
Anyone had a similar situation in the past? Should I put Yes or No? Thank you in advance!

Hi,
I don't think that you need to mention it. It's the same CSQ and if the final decision is not refused, then you should be ok.
BUT I am not a lawyer, so ultimately I can't give you a definitive answer
This is dangerous as it can lead to misrepresentation, if you want to be REALY safe, check with a lawyer
