My Spouse & I both have some work experience , both having 12 years of experience. In April if we see our Occupation is in the list then we will apply for FSW on May 2013.
We have 2 small kids (6 Years and 3 Years)
My Spouse is Primary applicant (has masters)
I am dependent (with Bachelors)
In General Application form (Main Form) , IMM 0008. Spouse is Primary and Myself and 2 kids are dependents.
Do we need to fill 3 more forms seperately for me and my 2 kids ?
Or is it needed only if we have more than 5 dependents (which is not our case)
Fees for us will be 550 + 550 + 150 + 150 = 1400 CAD$
