IMM0006_ section 3 signature extended family

Hello,

Hope you can help me I am completing the IMM0006 as the extended family just wanted to seek your assistance in Section 3 Consent and Signature of extended family how i will sign on it shall i scan the form to sign then send to my sister the form for her to complete the notary public .
Please your thoughts.

It's a secured form so you should fill and then print and scan back to make it unsecure first. Then, you have the option either to sign by pen or do an electronic sign. Then, you will send that copy to your sister who shall take that to a notary public, and only at that point she should sign and date that form.
