My parents are coming for my convocation and my dad is going to financially support my mom as well. He has about 3500 CAD in his account now so shall he split those 3500 in 2 while showing the amount for trip in IMM temporary resident form(like showing 1800 in my mom's IMM form and 1800 in his or can they both show 3500 in their respective forms ? He is a salaried so it shows his monthly salary and he is going to come in October.
