Hi all, my husband is trying to submit (online) the NAFTA Professionals work permit (IMM1295E) and we're struggling with the Required Supporting Documents. He already has the written offer.
This is not an intra-company transfer. We did not choose that option in the drop-downs. This is a FTA, LMIA-exempt work permit.
There is one "required" document called "Evidence of company relationship" where we have to prove a relationship between his current employer (American) and the new one (Canadian). But these companies have no connection?
Do we just upload a .doc that we write that says "this is not applicable to this application, as this is not an intra-company transfer"? We're so confused, can anyone help?
