IMM 5710 question.

Hi all! I am filling in IMM 5710 and there is a question - have you been previously married or in a common-law relationship? I lived with my partner for a few months in 2019 and then we broke up. Does it count as common law? Or we have to live together for a year? Should I answer NO?

You have to live with each other for at least a year in a marriage like relationship to be considered common-law
