What to fill in "to date" for current address, personal history in Schedule A: Background / Declaration (IMM 5669) form and for current job in your work Experience in Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008 – Schedule 3) form?

Can I fill it as current year/current month or write "Till date" after taking print out?
