IMM 5669 vs eIMM5669

Hello

I want to know which form to use. Definitely eIMM 5669 is easier as u can add rows. Considering the fact that I have huge personal history I m confused.

Can I fill eIMM5669, print and sign it by hand, scan and upload or I have to do the filling on imm5669 which is tedious:

My request letter says imm5669 including original signatures

Hi there, I have an issue and a couple of questions regarding the form (IMM 5669).
1. It (2019 June version) doesn't have the validate button. Tho the older version (2018 Nov) has. How did you deal with that?
2. What does "original Signature" mean exactly? Should I print the form, put a handwritten signature and submit a scanned copy?
3. Did you attach extra pages to the form, as instructed in the form?

For my case (FSW - Express Entry), imm5669 was the one. Along with a hand written signature for those wondering about Original Signature.
