I'm unable to type my name at the signature box of this form as it dont allowe me. I wonder how others did it. Can I write my name instead and sign next to it?

Electronic/types signatures on this form are not an option. You have to print the form and sign it.

You mean I no longer need to print or write my name, just sign it? Or do I need to write my name and sign beside it?

Yes, just sign. No need to type or print name.

I got the same. I used wet signature

1- Print the application to pdf
2- Then, sign a blank paper with pen
3- Take a picture of it and save it to your computer
4- Insert the photo to the printed application in #1

You may need to crop it though
