Hello group,

While filling up this form I noted that we need to delcare:

a) Personal History for last 10 years
b) Address for last 10 years

In my case, the table space provided in the form cannot fit all my details for last 10 years. In such case, should I attach a separate sheet with additional details? Please suggest. Thank you!

yes that's the right way as even on Cic website. I have done like this but do write the form name and your file no. Do start from your 18 th Birthday leaving no gaps as I had been asked again to start from 18th B.day and account for the gaps.

Yes you have to attach additional sheet of paper to show details.

I do not have enough space on the form to explain everything. What should I do?

Ans: If you need more space, attach a separate sheet of paper. On the paper, give the full answer. Don't forget to write down the letter or number of the question you are answering.

Please fill up the personal history till the age of 18 starting from the most recent(on top) if you are above 28 yrs. If you are less than 28 yrs, then last 10 yrs data should be provided. Use additional sheet if applicable.

Travel history of last 10 years should be provided starting from most recent travel(on top). Use additional sheet if applicable.

Yes attach a new sheet. you can even write on a blank paper and attach.

But it isn't it mentioned on the instruction to start with the most recent information?
