I was just requested to fill out an IMM 5669E form (Schedule A).
The message in my CIC accounts states the following:
This must include updated personal, address, and travel history since the age of 18 with no gaps in addresses or activities.
On the form itself, there is a section for Personal and Addresses but no section for travel. Does this go into your personal section? Has anyone any experience with this? Or had any issues? Say for instance, I was employed from Feb - June 2014 so putting this into my personal history is fine but if I also took a week long trip in May of 2014, where do I put that?
