IMM 5669 question 12

Hi everyone, can you help me please?
I am applying for the PR , IMM 5669 question 12 : because for 12 months I worked 350km far away from where I live, I didn't change my address in my ID documents in that periods,I lived where I worked from monday to friday and I went back home every weekends. So which address I have to write on it? The one in the ID or the one where I worked? Thanks a lot.

Use your residential address, not where you were from Monday to Friday.

...and what about this: I studied English for 3 months in another country(in that country I was a tourist)so I lived there. Which address do i have to put on the question 12? I didn't change my address on the ID in that period . Thanks
