In 5669 Form, there is a section about deceleration of refusal entries about family members who are mentioned in application. My brother applied for study permit and got refusal, should I mention yes with reason? Brother is not included in family according to Canada law but they are requiring detail about siblings in family category so siblings and parents names are in application. In next section they are asking about any attempts for applying TRV by the family who is mentioned in application.
