IMM 5669 - Background Declaration

In form "IMM 5669 E Schedule A - Background Declaration" i have to mention my education history. But i am confuse about it.

My Education history is given below

10 years of schooling + 4 years of Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Technology) + 4 Years of Bachelor In Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)

Now how to mention it in form?

And another question, What does it mean by Certificate and Diploma Issued?

Divide your 10 year schooling into Elementary/Primary School years and Secondary High School Years according to your country and count and mention the years in the box. Your 4 year Diploma would be Trade/Other Post Secondary so mention 4 years in that and University/College will be your Bachelors so 4 years there too.

For the columns you fill relevant info, start with Secondary school years (don’t need to fill primary school details here).

For Example:
From date 2005 03 to 2009 03
Level of Education: High School (or whatever its called in your PA’s country).
Field of study: Fill if you know or write N/A (your mechanical technology & mechanical engineering will be mentioned here for their own individual box)
Name of institution: Write your PA’s school’s name
Certificate & Diploma issued: If you completed the course or education successfully and were provided with a degree or diploma certificate at the end say YES otherwise NO
City/Town you studied in
Country & Province/State.

Fill the same way for both your mechanical technology diploma and Bachelors in Engineering.

In my country, till class 5 is primary. And class 6 to 10 is secondary. 11-12 is college and after that is University.

So in my case it would be, 5 years of primary, 5 years of secondary, 4 years of trade/diploma and 4 years of bachelor in engineering, right?

You gotta add 11th and 12th too. You can add 6 years to Post Secondary and put your college details first and then your diploma. If it was the same school you put add those years in secondary.

Well, in my case I did four years of diploma instead of 11 and 12. After that 4 years of University education.

In form imm5669(education details) while entering secondary school details in column, do we need to mention school name in institution name or the name of examination board which conducts exams for 10th and 12th grade?
I have done schooling from gujarat board, and on results school name is not mentioned instead it mentions gujarat education board.

Hi, Could someone please advise where I should list Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy / CPA (pursued from an independent Professional Accounting Body or Institute) under IMM 5669? Should i show it under University/College or Trade/Other Post Secondary?
Any help is really really appreciated! Thank u..

Also, does the below look alright:-

Elementary/Primary: 10 (Nursery to 7th)
Secondary/High School: 5 (9th to 12)
University/College: 5 (Bachelors -3 & Masters -2)

My main confusion is where do i include my Professional qualifications - CA & CPA??

I have one question. I am filling IMM 5669 form personal history section. From 2020/01 to 2020/04 I studied in a program for one term in a school then I switched school and the session started from 2020/09. How do I mention the time between 2020/05-2020/08 in activity can I say Switching School and status as an international student?

I was filling out my dependent form as a child of the principal applicant and I came across a misunderstanding in the education form since it asks the amount of school years I have successfully completed and I finished grade 11 in my home country yet there is no certificate to it so do I leave it as blank or what do I fill in? Plus when I came here to Canada, I had to learn half of grade 11 as well and I am currently in grade 12 and I have transferred schools from my hometown to two other schools in canada, so how would I fill in this section of the form?
