I tried that also.
But after pasting the text on pdf file it returned to be like "??????"

Exactly the same happening with me. they might have update the security of the pdf and it cannot accept native languages. i am thinking of writing the names by a black pen in native language

If you are planning to submit the application offline then you can print an additional copy and write the names.

I applied on 31 July.
As I mentioned, I had a issue with the biometrics letter.
Problem solved on 4th Sep.
Since then no update.
