IMM 5604 - child leaving the dominican republic

Hi all

Quick question. While applying for my husband, we will be apllying for his son as well for PR. Is all he needs in IMM 5604 to be filled out? Will the mother of the child need to write a letter to give permission for the son to leave the country or would the approval of the permanent residence suffice?

IMM5604 needs to be notarized. If the mother fills that out, no other documentation is required.

I just want to ask something about IMM5604 Im applying the Permanent Residence by next year and i sponsor my kids to come to Canada . Im devorce but im worried to my IMM5604 because my ex husband in the jail and he dont have a id to submit is it possible to approved his non accompanying form with out id. What can i do thank you for advice i realy appreciate it.
