IMM 5562 Clarification

I am a bit confused filling the IMM 5562 form, can some one help me.

for example if someone is 37 years old, should mention all his trips since he was 27 OR since he was 18?

As per my knowledge my fren only those visit for which your passport is stamped you have to show ....
