IMM 5540 Sponsor Questionairre and Financial Evaluation (IMM 283)? Which one(s)

Hi,

I am employed full time Canadian citizen doing an outland spousal application for my future wife who is a U.S. citizen residing in the states. I just want clarify if I need to do both of these forms?

The Sponsorship Evaluation [IMM 5481] looks the same as Financial Evaluation [IMM 283] but it's the Sponsorship Eval [IMM 5481] that you want to use.
