In question 1 of the Part B it is asked that before our marriages was my wife related to me in any other way, feg weather any of my family member is related to her.
and they also asked me to write the name and relationship to me or my sponsor
My Sister is her friend before our marriage
So I have mentioned
Name - My Sister's name
DOB - Her DOB
Relationship - Friend
Is it right?

No they only want to know about blood or marriage relationships. Being friends isnt the same as being related

I want to sponsor my Wife and she was my cousin her father was my uncle so Can I mention like that?
Name: Her father name
DOB: Father-in-laws DOB
Relation: Uncle

and As my mother was her aunt, so she can also mention that on the same form right?
