I'm filling out the spousal file for my wife who is in Canada as a visitor right now. We are currently on form IMM 5532 and have these questions:
1. Do we have to submit one form each? i.e. one from sponsor side and one from principal applicant?
2. For the question "Are they related to sponsor or principal applicant" - what is the answer? Yes / No answer or the answer should be Sponsor/Principal or Not related?
3. The next question in the table is "Relationship to sponsor or principal applicant" - do we say Sponsors Father? or Principal Applicant's mother?
