bills, rental agreement, anything with both of your name on it, photos, text messages, call logs, travel tickets, pretty much anything that proves your relationship is ligit

That is asking about more information, not asking for more supporting documents. Generally, unless you have red flags to address or you have very weak relationship proofs, you don't need to add anything for that.

Although our relationship should not have presented 'red flags', nevertheless, I wrote a two page attachment and referred to it in that question where I described our relationship from the start, how it progressed etc. - basically our 'love story', as I found that simply answering their questions did not to me paint the full picture in a very cohesive manner.

Yeah, I did the same. It's not necessary, but it made me feel better about the whole application to write it. And those additional sheets I linked to that form and question.
