I am having a hard time with Number of family members and persons included in the undertaking in effect and not yet in effect.
There is myself which is #4
Do I add my husband to #5 a) current undertaking
and then total # of persons should be 2?
in the guide it says you are included already by default. so should the total number be 1 or 2?
