IMM 5481 _ Number of Family Members?

HI all,

I the sponsor is sponsoring my only my wife ( just married no dependents)
How many persons do I include in total in this form pertaining to question 4 , 5 , 6 , 7?

Question 4 - Yourself is 1 by default.

Number of persons included in box #3 of 0008 ... (is this my wife?) ... 1

Question 6 says persons not included in 5 ... Is this 0 or NA?

And question 7 - do I have to add myself in the total - So is the answer 2?

Please help.

IF you are the sponsor and your wife is spouse then total number will be 1+1 = 2...Good luck
