I am submitting an application for Citizenship for a minor under subsection 5(1), where the parent isn't applying. I need to fill out the IMM5476 to act as a representative, however I am unsure who signs the form under the applicant.
Would it be the minor child who is 17, since the application is theirs, or would it be the parent that filled out the application?
