I'm a US citizen applying with an LMIA exemption. My Document checklist DOES NOT ask for either IMM 5456 or the other one in the general download package (it also doesn't allow me to upload a Letter of Explanation, but I recall that option not being available until all my required docs are uploaded.
I figured this was an error and was trying to find a way to attach it to my LOE, but it's an xml file and won't merge. My research suggests as a visa exempt nationality, then I don't have to submit the family information, although I am requesting a 2 year permit. Can't seem to get a straight answer anywhere on this.
Anyone know?
