Regarding IMM 5443 Document Checklist

is it ok to write N/A on the IMM 008 Dependent Declaration and IMM 5476 Use of representative?

and put N/A to the rest of documents that's not applicable to me?

what is the best thing to do?

Yes, because if you leave the line blank, or un-checked, CIC may think that you've missed those forms.
