Another few questions!
1) IMM 5409 to declare common law status - does this need to be notarized?
2) Proof of common law. We have a join bank acct dating back to July 15, and joint leases from July 15 - Jan 16 (6 months), Jan 16 - May 16 (4 months). After that we were travelling together (living in a van), before another joint lease Dec 16/Jan 17 (2 months). We are now back in the UK, with no lease, just house sitting in various places while we process the PR. Will this be enough proof of common law status?
3) My partner is still 'married' to his ex. They separated in 2013, but never processed a divorce as neither wish to remarry, and they're still on good terms. I've filled in his personal details with the details of the previous relationship. Where it asks how it ended, I selected 'end of common law relationship' as the other other options are 'divorce' or 'death of partner'. Will this, together with explaining in LOE, be OK?
He'd be happy to get a divorce if needed, but currently very difficult as his ex is away travelling and neither are in the country of marriage.
