i was hoping someone could help me out with my current scenario. So my common law partner and I applied for sponsorship inland + OWP in early June.
At the time of submission all notaries were closed because of covid 19, and we weren’t able to submit the form with OWP application or PR app. I have read on other threads that the form is mandatory for the OWP application. In September I received a biometrics reminder with an app number. Does anyone know if I could get it notarized tomorrow and submit it via webform with that app number? Has anyone tried this before?
