Hi, I am filling out an IMM 5409 statutory declaration of common-law union form for my express entry application and it asks for the dates I have been in a conjugal relationship for. I understand the FROM date is from 1 year after we have been living together, but what is the TO date? Do I use today’s date? Or do I leave it blank because it is on-going? I don’t want to make it seem like we stopped cohabiting at a certain date.
