IMM 5406

My wife is signing the forms, and we came to section D on IMM5406, and in the checklist it says sign by principal applicant and all other family members of the principal applicant, even if they are not accompanying.
So clarification, by family it means her kids, minors?
The Kids need to sign too?
In the full guide to sponsorship it does not mention anyone but the principal applicant signing Section D.

IMM5406 must be included in your sponsorship application package and has these 3 sections.

SECTION A - Principal Applicant (wife), Spouse (Sponsor), Principal Applicant Father and Mother details.
SECTION B - The Principal Applicant Dependant details (if they have any Dependants, otherwise leave BLANK).
SECTION C - Principal Applicant BROTHERS and SISTERS details (not cousins, nephews, nieces).
SECTION D - Date and Signature

The instruction at the top of the IMM5406 form is that "The Principal Applicant and all Dependant children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy on IMM5406.

If the Principal Applicant has no Dependant children 18 years of age or older, then there will be only one copy dated and signed by the Principal Applicant.

However, if the Principal Applicant has Dependant children 18 years of age or older who also complete their own copy of IMM5406, then the Dependant children must sign and date their copy of the form........in this case there will be a copy signed by the Principal Applicant and the copy signed by the Dependant Child(ren).

I notice now the wording on the checklist is "All other family members of the principal applicant (including dependent children 18 years of age or older)"
So does this mean all of her sisters and both of her parents need to sign a copy as well?
