IMM 5406 Section A

Regarding this application both the principal applicant and his spouse must fill their own copy.
when I am filling my own copy should I write her name in the spouse box?
and should she write my name in the applicant box in her copy?
or is this section intended to be filled by the name of the filler only and his parents?

Brother I am facing same problem, I am the main applicant, In my wife form, should she write her name in "Applicant Box" ? and my name in Spouse.
Please let me know. Thanks
