Hi,

This form is a bit confusing. Ive tried to research as much as I could but could not find this information anywhere.

My wife's Brother passed away 9 years ago in an accident.
Do we included his name in section C of this form?

Also I believe the older version of this form required the applicant to sign under weash section ie. 3 to 4 places.
I can find only 1 place in section D for her to sign.
Have I downloaded the correct form or is this an amendment in the form by CIC.

Regards

You dont include the name of the deceased brother. Family names are given in CIC form only and if for some reason if you want to sponsor them in the future there names should match with your application...Good luck

He is still her brother, even if he has passed away. Include his name and under "present address", write "deceased".
