Looks like there has been a recent update on the IMM 5406e Additional Family Information form. I am unable to add my spouse's name and also edit my name in my native script, as it says on the instructions that PA has to write his/her name in English and in their native language. Has anyone faced a similar issue? What should I do in this case? Thanks
