Please do help regarding the IMM 5257 form.
I have downloaded the imm 5257 form and filled all the requisite details. After that I validated the form which generated the barcodes on the last page of the form.
But, when I am uploading the form it is showing error. I have done it multiple times, changed the browser as well, but, nothing worked out.
Please do suggest some way out.
