My family members in Canada - I must include my spouse & dependent children,
next line says don't include sponsor and family members who are Canadian citizens...

My spouse IS my sponsor, and my children ARE citizens???

What do I fill in??

As your spouse is your sponsor, she should be either a PR or a Citizen and your children are citizens ( if born in Canada ). In that situation you don't have to include them. If any other members of your family ex: your parents, brothers ,sisters are living in Canada and if they are not PR or citizens you have to include them. Otherwise leave it as "None" or "NA".
