Hi! I am little bit confused with number 14, photo, of Philippines specific guide for family class. The back 1 photograph must bear the date the photographer was taken and the photographer may use a stamp or handwritten this information. What if my dependent just sent the photo and ill be the one to print with of course following the photo specification?
