When I got married in Pakistan. I filled all the forms there. Make all dates the same and signed by same ink and also writing with the same ink. So if you are using blue ink. Write everything in blue even signatures.
DATES make all the same, so if you putting March 9, 2015. Do that on all the forms. GOOD LUCK!

This is technically incorrect. Any time an official document is signed its should be dated the actual date that the document is signed. It does not matter that some of the documents will show different dates. We had signatures dated from April, May, and June of 2014.
