IMM 1344 email address and previously married question

Hi, some questions on completing this form please:

Under Sponsor Personal Details section
9. Have you previously been married or in a common-law relationship
In Q8 your current marital status, I've already answered married (note I'm sponsoring my spouse). Is Q9 referring to marriage prior to my current one so I would answer no or is it referring to current status so I would answer yes

Under Sponsor Contact Information:
1. Current mailing address. Where do I put my email address? there is a note that says all correspondence will go to this address unless you indicate your email address. If I want it to go to my email address, I don't put my mailing address down but would input my email address where?

The answer will be no if this is your first marriage.

This was my first marriage but I am undergoing divorce now and current status is separated as divorce will take another 5-6 months. In this case also we have to write NO for Q8 because already mentioned separated or YES?? Thanks
