I got medical request at my gckey today for my dependents. I am currently residing in Canada and my delendents are outside Canada. The IMM1017 form sent by IRCC for my dependents shows my Canadian address instead of their address back in our home country where they currently live right now. Is that an issue?

No, not an issue - they can take it anywhere in the world.

Hello, I received a medical request for my common-law partner’s children back home. My daughter received her IMM 1017 form, but my son did not have any attachment in the email.


I already contacted CPC Mississauga on the same day we received the email (Nov 06, 2025) about the missing IMM 1017, and I followed up again yesterday. However, I’m still waiting for his form.


My question is: Can my son go to the panel clinic and complete his medical exam together with my daughter, even if he does not have the IMM 1017 medical biodata form yet?
