need advice regarding aip based closed work permit extension after PGWP.
my lawyer told me there is no need to attach imm0156 if i am applying for aip based closed work permit after getting Endorsement. i am applying closed work permit with same employer and in same noc Code. If anyone have knowledge regarding this please let me know. i have attached work permit support letter as well with the application.
