Situation : I have 1.4 month experience on work permit which makes it less than 2 years. But, I was a Research Assistant while studying in university. So should I answer it 3 year or more since, it took me 2 year 4 month to finish my masters and I was getting paid as RA during that time..

3 years or more is not one of the options.... As for whether you should answer 2 years or more, you haven't provided enough information.

Your RA experience was part-time, so you would need to count the total number of hours you worked and divide by 37.5 to find out the # of weeks in terms of full-time equivalent.

Most RAs are limited to 10 or 20 hours per week during the term of appointment (usually ~16 weeks per semester).
