IMM-008 - language for new borns

Hi, I need some help in filling up the IMM 008 form. I added one dependent kid. What should i mentioned when it asks for language details for dependent less than 2 years:

1. Mother Tongue

2. Are you able to communicate in English / French?

It really doesn't matter what you put for a child that young.

Come on people, use a bit of common sense, honestly!! Just write "not applicable" or N/A
