IMM 00083e (Work Experience)

While filling IMM 00083e form I need to fill my occupation and there are following sub catagaries to select in year of experience:

Years of Experience
1 year
2 to 3 years
4 to 5 years
6 years or more

I have 4 months experience with one employer and 5 year 8 months with another employer in the same NOC. How many years should I select for years of experience? Do I need to fill two entries for both of my employer?

Note: There is a gap of 2 days between leaving first employer and joining 2nd employer....
