It asks highest level of education.

I am stuck on which one to choose for my husband. He went to university but did not complete it and one of the options is POST SECONDARY-NO DEGREE. Would I choose that one??

Or would I choose the SECONDARY option???

Help this is the last question I need done on this form!

Yes.

It goes Pre-school, Elementary, Secondary, Post-secondary.

I notice the drop down doesn't have an option for a 2 year college diploma. That's kind of an oversight. Weird.
